Healing that part of yourself

In this session we will dive deep with the intention of moving through blocks that are upsetting you are having and are standing in the way of moving forward. I will hold space and guide you through this exercise, leading you toward experiencing your own connection with the divine and helping you derive the insight that will move you forward on your ascension journey. This is a mirror exercise also using the Divine Rays of light guided meditation or mantra if needed.
